The cooling system is a vital component of your S2000's operation. The radiator needs constant airflow, with minimum turbulence, to be as efficient as possible. Unfortunately, gaps in the structure around the radiator allow air to escape, resulting in lost efficiency. We have designed the Dry Carbon S2000 Radiator Cooling Plate to eliminate this problem. By preventing air to escape over the top of the radiator, these cooling plates allow a maximum amount of airflow directly to your radiator, resulting in reduced coolant temperatures during aggressive driving.

Not only will you gain cooling efficiency with the PWJDM radiator cooling plate, you will also clean up your cluttered engine bay. Unlike the other cooling plates out there, ours is super light (230 grams!), often more than twice as light as a clear-coated carbon versions.

This version of the cooling plate is perfect for S2000's running the stock air box, turbo kit, or AEM/Injen style intake systems.

Please note that we highly recommend you to purchase this with our washer kit as we have found that the OEM plastic clips do not install on very well with our cooling plate.

Care instructions: Please note that these parts are finished in the natural dry carbon fiber, which does not include any UV-protectant clear-coat finish. Due to this being an exterior part we recommend to apply a coat of Spray-on Wax or Ceramic Coat to prevent water spots / white marks from appearing after rain or car wash. You can also optionally have a body shop apply the UV resistant clear-coat finish for added protection.
